The Overview

Before partnering with us, Lahh Salon had already built a reputation for excellence in the local community.

However, in the competitive Miami beauty landscape, relying on foot traffic and word-of-mouth limited their ability to scale.

They needed a way to consistently reach "high-intent" clients specifically looking for complex services like extensions and color corrections, and in turn convert that social interest into booked appointments.


The Fundamentals

We began by auditing Lahh's existing digital touchpoints to ensure the brand's premium identity was consistent from the first ad impression to the final booking confirmation.

We focused on:

The Strategy

To dominate the Miami luxury market, we moved Lahh away from wasted spend on "boosted posts" and engineered a sophisticated, full-funnel acquisition system using Meta ads strategies that we've proven in the health & beauty space time and time again. Our approach focused on high-intent service categories, specifically extensions and color transformations, where the lifetime value of a new client is highest.

1. Enterprise-Grade Ad Account Architecture: We built a dedicated Meta ad account from the ground up, ensuring a clean data environment.
