Premier Shades and Shutters is a new retailer of custom window treatments in The Villages, Florida. They measure, design and install blinds, shutters, shades and drapery for homeowners. They opened with no pipeline and no referral network, and partnered with AC Generates to build one.
A brand new retailer has none of the things an established one leans on. No past customers to ask for referrals, no reviews to point at, no trade network passing work along. Every job in month one had to come from a stranger deciding to let them into their home.
The market makes that harder rather than easier. They serve a single community inside a 25 mile radius, so the audience is finite by design. You cannot solve a shortage of enquiries by widening the map, and a campaign that burns through its audience has nowhere else to go.
We built a full-funnel system using Meta ads as the foundation for driving leads, with proven creative strategy, high-quality creative assets, a qualifying lead flow, and nurture that routes hot dealers straight to an automated onboarding process.
A single broad campaign across the servable area rather than several narrow ones competing for the same finite audience. In a market this size, splitting the budget splits the learning.
Homeowners buying custom window treatments are choosing how a room will feel, not comparing specifications. The creative sells the finished room and the consultation that gets them there.
Every enquiry arrives with contact details and what they are asking about, so the team can book the measure-up without going back and forth first.

Audience mapping across the servable radius, and an offer built for a first-time buyer with no reason to trust a new name.
Static creative produced in house, built around the finished room rather than the product.
A single lead campaign live across the market, with enquiries routed straight to the team.
New creative and offer variations each month, since growth in a finite market comes from fresh angles rather than more budget.
“Being new to the window treatment industry, having a partner that could help us start generating revenue quickly was a huge asset so we can start growing our brand in The Villages.”
In the first full month after launching campaigns, Premier Shades and Shutters generated 25 high-quality leads, from which the team booked 10 appointments, quoted 10 jobs and closed 6. Those 6 jobs resulted in over 19x return on ad spend.
We optimize for cost per closed job, not cost per lead, the true indicator of lead quality and campaign performance. At 24% lead to customer conversion rate, this initial launch far exceeds the industry norm for home services. 60% of quoted jobs closed inside the same month, indicating a high-intent lead with the sales side doing a great job.
The constraint to plan around is not cost, it is audience size. The Villages is a finite market, so growth comes from creative rotation and offer variety rather than budget alone. July is the baseline every future month is measured against.
